The reason
--- from PEP 594 - The cgi and cgitb modules were officially removed from the Python standard library in version 3.13.

Though because they aren't maintained anymore, alternatives such as the legacy-cgi 2.6.4 from external source or usage of other native Python3 libraries for GET method operations, though POST and UPLOAD are more code to do these two website methods can be a problem.

A solution that I recommend is to use my cgi_improved.pypyjscsshtmlphpshccppluaplsqlmdtxt or cgi_improved2.pypyjscsshtmlphpshccppluaplsqlmdtxt library that I created.
